We will run a 2hr Discovery Session with each business team and provide guides for you to gather existing insights and research time allowing.

It would be helpful to bring along your existing research material (or have some bullet points ready) for each:

    • Summary of your key customers including who they are (demographic information) and what they are interested in (psychographic informaiton)

    • Research available on customers behaviours in the customer journey. For example; evidence customers are interacting like visiting your site, viewing content on site, email open rates & engagement, social media content that’s performing well, advertising reports and more

  • We recommend that you participate in the yoga classes. They are gentle sessions, specifically designed to increase your focus and creativity for marketing workshops.

To get the most out of the retreat, these classes are highly recommended.

  • If you would like to learn more about the process that we will use on Marketing Plan retreat, you can book a consultation with Retreat Facilitator Annabelle, and she can walk you through the process and some case studies relevant to your business.
